West End Lofts for Lease

Lofts and apartments start in the $700's for a one bedroom.  The West End is a nationally recognized entertainment, sports and museum district.  In the early 1800's John Neely Bryan, known as the founder of Dallas, establisted a trading post on a bluff of the Trinity River, not far from the present day West End Historic District.  Later, the building boom of the 1970's and 1980's produced a distinctive contemporary profile for the downtown skyline, influenced by prominent architects by preserving a group of late 19th century brick warehouses that have been adapted to use as restaurants, shops, lofts and apartments.
